It was confirmed that David Welch (BCF Chief Arbiter) had advised that score sheets should be used in all cases ---------- not score books
A new A division trophy had been purchased
GW would seek a BCF insurance quote

Ray Palister had distributed the fixtures by E Mail
Steve Dauber advised 178 registered players and £2,000 in the bank after cost of trophies.
Gerry Walsh advised that Norman Stephenson and David Smith were joint BCF Senior Champions.
Cleveland Chess Association had won the BCF Web Site of the year
Game Fee had been reduced by 1p due to not putting the grading list on the BCF Web Site
A vote of thanks to all officers was proposed by Tony Kiddle

It was considered that the lighting at Billingham for KO CUP matches was a problem.
